William K. Hancock
Will Hancock graduated from The University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee in 1986 and received his Juris Doctorate from the Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 1989. For more than twenty years, Will has focused his practice on labor and employment law. He assists clients in the development and implementation of employment policies and procedures, guides them during government investigations and audits, and defends them in federal and state courts and in arbitration proceedings. Will has substantial and long-term legal experience in a broad range of business settings, including agri-business, the restaurant and financial services industries, and hospitals and other healthcare providers.
