Frank C. Galloway III
Trip Galloway graduated from the University of Virginia in 1985 and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1988, where he served as the Senior Lead Articles Editor of the Alabama Law Review. Upon graduation, Trip served as a law clerk to the Honorable James H. Hancock, a United States District Court judge for the Northern District of Alabama. He began his law practice at Bradley, Arant, Rose & White in Birmingham, Alabama, where he specialized in real property transactions as well as land use matters and real estate litigation. In 1997, Trip founded a boutique real estate practice in Mountain Brook, Alabama, which firm is the historical base for Galloway, Scott, Moss & Hancock, LLC. Trip is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell™, and has been selected as a 2013 Top Rated Lawyer in Land Use and Zoning by American Lawyer Media and Martindale-Hubbell™. He has spoken on various real estate topics at numerous CLE seminars and is a member of the Birmingham Bar Association, for which he formerly served as president of the Young Lawyers Section.
